A to-do list records intentions. A plan shows how things could happen. Buhata exists for the step everyone skips: actually doing it.
Money, tasks, groceries, health, and the whole family under one login, on your phone, your computer, and the web. The name is Visayan for “Do it”, and the app lives up to it.
Less chaos. More action. Free plan NO ADs forever, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

The Buhata Principle
One system for your whole life.
Most apps hold one slice of your day and expect you to juggle the rest. The Buhata Principle says a life runs better as one system: money, tasks, groceries, health, and the family in one place, under one login, learned once. Complete is the goal. Buhata should cover so much of daily life that you never need to bolt on another app, and where the world runs on fixed rails, like the calendar invites a school sends or the readings a smart scale records, it pulls from the rail instead of sending you away.
“I downloaded productivity apps to get productive. Instead I lost two hours a day to planning and data entry across ten different apps, and the actual work never got done. So I built the one app that does.”
Neil, founder of Buhata
Tap the apps you juggle. Watch the day disappear.
0 minutes a day lost to app juggling
All of that lives in one app, under one login.
What it does
Spaces: keep your lives apart
Personal, business, and the money in another country live in separate Spaces, each with its own currency and running balance on the same calendar, so nothing unrelated ever mixes. Flip between them in one tap.
Tasks with owners
Every task has a name and a date on it, so nothing lives in the fog of “I thought you did it.” Reminders stay their own thing: little nudges that ping your phone and sit as blue dots on the calendar.
Voice: say it, and it’s in
Speak a whole paragraph with several commands inside it. Buhata lists everything it heard, waits for your Confirm, then files each entry where it belongs. Voice commands in 9 languages.
Piggy Bank: allowance, without the arguments
Two adult logins, a piggy bank with photo-proof chores that pay out, and Buhata Share: send a kid their chore page or a sitter tonight’s card as a simple private link. They tap done, you approve, and nobody needed an account.
Health without another app
Meds and supplement reminders, appointments, water with a 30-day insight board, weight with a progress line, workouts, and meals, all beside everything else in your day.
Buhata is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Weather is an app now
Add your cities, pick a primary, and its highs and lows ride your calendar while the rest sit one tap away.
Offline-first, everywhere
Phone, Windows, and any browser share one account. Entries made in a dead zone are saved on the device and sync the moment you are back.
Everything included
There is no store inside Buhata and nothing extra to buy. Every app is built by us and comes with your plan, so you turn things on when you want them and leave the rest dark.
Household Notes: the answers on the fridge
The wifi password, the bin schedule, how the thermostat works. Filed in sections, pinned to the Family hub, and ready before anyone has to ask you twice.
The 60-second mic
Say your whole day in one go.
1
Speak
Hold a thought, pause, keep going. The mic stays live for a full minute and understands English, Filipino and Spanish in one breath.
2
Confirm
Every command it heard shows up as a checklist. Tap off anything it got wrong, then confirm the rest.
3
Done
Bills land on their dates, groceries join the list, weight goes to the chart. One receipt shows it all.

One button adds anything.

Where your things actually live
This page avoids policy language. It is four rules the server enforces, which means they hold whether or not anyone reads this page.
Private is where everything starts
You have a private space from the moment you sign up. No group to join, no invitation to wait for, nothing to subscribe to. Anything you have not deliberately shared lives there and is visible to nobody else.
Your money never enters a group
Not a household, not a team, not on any plan, and there is no setting that changes it. The server refuses to write a financial record into a shared document at all, so it is a thing the code cannot do rather than a thing it chooses not to.
Your health never enters one either
Weight, water, medicines and appointments are held the same way as money. They stay with you inside every group you are part of.
Sharing a plan is not sharing a life
Bring another adult onto your plan and they get the plan. They do not get your entries, your balances or your history, and you do not get theirs.
A team is narrower still. It carries tasks and notices, and nothing else, so what a workplace can see stays deliberately small.
What Buhata does not do
The list above is long, so here is the short one. These are choices rather than gaps, and knowing them now is better than finding them in week two.
It does not read your bank
No account linking, no transaction feed, no balance pulled in overnight. You enter what you spend, by typing it or saying it.
It does not read your calendar
Nothing arrives from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple. Appointments and tasks live in Buhata because you put them there.
It does not talk to other apps
There is no integrations directory and none is planned. Buhata is meant to replace the apps you would have wired together.
It is not on the app stores yet
The browser version works today. Google Play, Windows, Mac and iPhone are all still ahead of us, in that order.
Why we built it this way: nothing you enter leaves for a third party, because there is no third party to leave for.

Full budgeting: income, expenses, repeats, running balance
No. A list records intentions. Buhata assigns them, schedules them, and tracks them to done, across your whole life. Every responsibility gets an owner and a date, and the system follows through.
Will it be overwhelming?
You start with a few things and turn on more only when you want them. Everything else stays out of your way until you ask for it.
What if I only want the budget?
Then use the budget. The rest waits quietly until you need it.
Is the free plan really forever?
Yes. Full budgeting on one Space, tasks, reminders, and weather, with no ads and no countdown. Paid plans add more, but Free is a real plan, not a demo.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick Plus or Premium and press Free Trial: fourteen days of the real thing, and switching tiers mid-trial keeps the same clock. That is how confident we are in the product. If you realize it is not for you, no harm done, nothing charged.
Is AI voice in the free trial?
Yes, in full. It used to be the one thing held back, because every spoken sentence that reaches the model costs us money and a trial spends it before anyone has paid. We decided that is our cost rather than yours: the whole point of a trial is trying the thing you came for. Free accounts do not include voice, because it is a paid feature rather than a limited one.
Does Buhata connect to my bank or my calendar?
No, and it is not on the roadmap. Buhata is built to replace those apps rather than read from them, which is the reason nothing you enter leaves for a third party. You type it or you say it, and it stays with you. If a live bank feed is what you want, Buhata is the wrong tool and we would rather say so here than take your money first.
Is there an app store inside Buhata?
No. Every app is built in-house and included in your plan, so there is nothing extra to buy and nothing to cancel separately.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?
Anytime, from a small line at the bottom of the pricing screen, no phone call, no chat with a retention bot. Your data stays yours: locked features keep their data safe, and coming back later picks up where you left off.
Where is my data?
On your device first, and on our server while you are signed in, so the same entries reach your other devices. You can keep your own backup file as well. We never sell data and we never run ads. Privacy Policy.
What does the mic actually do?
It listens for up to a minute, shows you every command it heard as a checklist, and waits for your tap on Confirm before anything changes. Voice commands work in 9 languages, including English, Filipino and Spanish.
How does the family side work?
Premium holds 2 adult logins and up to 10 child profiles under one roof. Kids get chores and a piggy bank, managed by a parent. Notices reach everybody in the household.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Buhata is offline-first on your phone. Entries made in a dead zone are saved on the device and sync when you are back, and your own backup file works with no connection at all.
Who makes this?
One founder who ran his life across 8 to 10 apps a day until the juggling defeated the point of managing anything. Buhata exists so all of it can sit in one place instead.
