Every trial runs 14 days with no card. Nothing charges automatically at the end of it, and nothing you have written is deleted if you decide not to continue.

Questions people actually ask
Does the free plan expire?
No. It is a plan rather than a trial. There is no day on which it stops working and no point at which your own entries become unreadable.
What happens when a trial ends?
You go back to Free. Nothing is deleted that day: anything belonging to a paid plan is locked and hidden, stays that way for 30 days, and comes back untouched if you subscribe within that window.
Is it one price for everyone in the house?
Yes. One person pays and the whole household inherits the plan. Two adults and up to ten children, depending on the plan, and nobody else needs their own subscription.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes, for up to three months, once a year. Payments stop, your paid data stays visible with a lock on it, and everything unlocks the day you come back.
Do I need to be online?
Only to sync. Everything is written to your device first, so the app works on a plane, in a basement, or on a phone with no data left, and catches up when it can.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, on Premium, as a plain file rather than a format only we can read. Leaving should be as easy as arriving or the arriving was not honest.
