Buhata

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Buhata sells software, not physical goods, so there is nothing to return. This page is about money.

The short version

If you are within 30 days of a charge and you are not happy with Buhata, ask us and we will refund it. Where you ask depends on where you paid.

Bought directly from us

Write to info@buhata.com from the email address on the account, within 30 days of the charge, and we will refund it in full to the original payment method. Card refunds are issued by our payment provider and usually appear within five to ten business days, which is their timing rather than ours.

After 30 days, we refund any unused whole months remaining on an annual plan.

Bought through Google Play

Google takes the payment, so Google issues the refund under the Play Store's own policy. Request it in the Play Store under your order history, or through Google's refund form. If Play declines and you believe it was our fault, write to us and we will look at it.

Bought through the App Store

Apple takes the payment and issues the refund under its own policy, through Apple’s report-a-problem page. The same applies: if Apple declines and the fault was ours, tell us.

What we will not do

We will not refund a plan that was cancelled and then charged again by an app store after you cancelled with us instead of with them; cancel in the place you bought it and this cannot happen. We will not refund abuse of the service.

If something is our fault

If Buhata was unavailable, lost data that we should have kept, or charged you for something you did not buy, tell us and we will make it right regardless of the 30 days.
